  • Yield: 128 grams/scant (½ cup)

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp (75 g) Sugar
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp (75 g) Water
  • 2 tbsp (15 g) Almond flour/meal
How to Make It
  1. Combine the sugar, water, and almond flour in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat and let steep for 1 hour.
  2. Strain the syrup into a small bowl or covered container. It can be refrigerated for up to 1 month.
