Apple pizza recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • powdered sugar
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 0.3 cups warm water
  • 0.25 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
How to Make It
  1. Heat milk in advance to room temperature. Pour into a large bowl, add warm water, salt and dry yeast. Add the sifted flour and mix. Add olive oil.
  2. Knead the dough thoroughly, cover with a film and put in a warm place for 40 minutes.If the dough is not sufficiently elastic, add a little more olive oil.
  3. Wash apples, dry and cut into thin circles.Remove the core very carefully.
  4. Punch down the dough and transfer to floured work surface. Once again, knead and using a rolling pin to roll out the cake, the diameter of which should be much larger than the diameter of the baking dish.  When a few seconds later the dough begins to shrink, secure its edges to the size of the form, just tightly pressing their hands.
  5. Lay in a circle on the dough circles of the apples, leaving the edges free about 1-1. 5 cm. Let stand for 10 min.
  6. Sprinkle the pizza with lemon zest and smear with slightly warmed syrup from apricot jam. Put the apples some apricot jam. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
