Ingredients

  • 4 lbs pork butt roast
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsps chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 sliced yellow onions
  • 2 sliced avocados
How to Make It
  1. In your slow cooker, mix pork butt with chili, cumin, oregano and coriander and rub well.
  2. Add onions, cover and cook on Low for 10 hours.
  3. Shred meat using 2 forks, divide between plates, top each with avocado slices and serve for breakfast. Enjoy!
