Bulgarian palachinka recipe

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • I tsp vanilla
  • 2½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp butter
How to Make It
  1. Pour the flour into a mixing bowl. Break the egg into a cup and beat. Then, add it to the flour. Also, add one cup of milk. Mix until the mixture is a perfect blend.
  2. Include sugar, salt, vanilla, oil, butter, and the rest of the milk. Mix well until smooth. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes in room temperature.
  3. Oil the base of a pan and put over high heat. Pour the pancake mixture into the pan with a ladle and turn to the other side. Replicate this process throughout until you don’t have any more mixture.
  4. Serve your palachinka and enjoy.
