Butternut squash breakfast mix recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cubed apples
  • ½ cup soaked walnuts
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 1 cubed butternut squash
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
How to Make It
  1. In your slow cooker, mix walnuts with almonds, squash cubes, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut sugar and milk, stir a bit, cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
  2. Mash using a potato masher, divide into bowls and serve for breakfast. Enjoy!
