Butterscotch caramel delights recipe

Ingredients

  • 36 graham cracker squares (each sheet equals 2 squares)
  • 2 (4-serving-size) packages sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 4-½ cups fat-free milk, divided
  • 1-½ cups reduced-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 1 (4-serving-size) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel syrup
How to Make It
  1. In a 9 × 13-inch baking dish, evenly arrange 12 graham cracker squares.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together butterscotch pudding mix and 3 cups milk until well combined. Gently fold in ½ cup whipped topping.
  3. Spread half the pudding evenly over graham crackers. Layer another 12 squares over pudding. Evenly spread remaining pudding over squares. Top with remaining graham crackers.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and remaining milk until well combined. Spread vanilla mixture evenly over top of graham crackers.
  5. Cover loosely and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Just before serving, spread remaining whipped topping evenly over top and drizzle with caramel syrup. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Cut into 12 pieces and serve.
