Chia refresher recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces coconut water
  • 6 ounces water
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
How to Make It
  1. Combine all the liquid ingredients in a large glass and whisk in the chia seeds, then let sit for about 20 minutes so the chia seeds can expand in the beverage.
  2. Whisk again before serving.
