Crisp, beautiful wings just melt in your mouth, so they are “swept away” from the table in minutes! They are not only beautiful but also delicious! One piece of advice: before you apply the wings on the table, leave some for myself. It is very easy and very delicious recipe with a secret sauce. Prepare and You will love it.
- 1.5 - 2 kg chicken wings
- coarse salt and black pepper to taste
- olive oil 5-7 tablespoons
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 2-3 tbsp soya or soy sauce
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- 1-2 tbsp paprika
- 1 lime
- fresh coriander
- Wings wash, thoroughly dry with paper towels. In bowl, combine wings with olive oil, salt and pepper. Optionally, you can add red hot pepper. And mix well, "massaging".
- The oven to preheat for 10 minutes to a temperature of 220 degrees. Grease the baking sheet with olive oil and lay the wings in one row. Bake at t - 220 degrees for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, flip the wings and bake for another 15 minutes.
- While baked wings, we prepare a delicious sauce. In a blender, mix the butter, salt, soy, honey, coriander and paprika. Then chop and add juice 1/2 part lime and mix well. - 30 minutes went by, reserve wings for another 5 minutes in the oven. Put in a bowl and while still hot cover with the sauce. Stir and leave for 2 minutes so that the sauce soaked wings. After the second squeeze the juice of half a lime.
- Put the wings on the dish. Garnish with greens. The rest of the sauce on the bottom of the tank pour in a separate plate and serve chicken wings. And now, enjoy the taste of the wings in sauce!
