Coffee smoothie recipe

Sometimes you want coffee but don’t want to drink it on an empty stomach. This is a way to get the flavor of coffee with some added nutrients to keep you full longer.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup brewed coffee
  • ½ hemp milk
  • ½ unripe banana, frozen (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Handful of ice cubes
How to Make It
  1. Let the coffee cool in the refrigerator or use cold-brewed coffee.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
