Cucumber, chile, and lime smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 each medium cucumbers, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne
  • ½ each small green bell pepper, seeded
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • ½ cup Ice - 1 cup OR filtered water
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Green bell pepper slices, garnish
How to Make It
  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender.
  2. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  3. Garnish
  4. Top each serving off with a slice of green bell pepper, and then serve.
