Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk protein + fiber
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, divided
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong cold coffee
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
How to Make It
  1. Whisk together almond milk, 1 tbsp brown sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into molds.
  3. Mix strong cold coffee with 1 tbsp brown sugar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Pour the coffee mixture into the molds.
  5. Freeze for 30-45 minutes.
  6. Add sticks, then freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
