Deviled eggs with capers recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled and cut in half
  • ½ cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp red hot pepper sauce, such as tabasco
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 chili pepper, finely minced, or to taste
  • 2 tbsp capers, extra-small
  • Garnish of paprika or chopped chives
How to Make It
  1. Scoop out egg yolks and place in a food processor along with mayonnaise, seasonings, pepper, and capers. Blend until smooth and spoon into the hollows in the eggs.
  2. Add the garnish of paprika or chives and chill, covered with aluminum foil tented above the egg yolk mixture.
