Fajita creamy breakfast burrito recipe

Ingredients

  • Dash of cumin
  • 1/8 cup light cream
  • Cubed chicken, cooked
  • 4 eggs, whole
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/8 cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup sliced green pepper
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
How to Make It
  1. Add soy sauce and vinegar in a skillet and heat.
  2. Add in the onions, green peppers, and chicken.
  3. Add in pepper and salt.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes before mixing cream with eggs.
  5. In a different skillet, add in half the egg mixture and cook. Flip to cook the other side. Do the same with the rest of the egg mixture.
  6. Split the ingredients between the egg "tortillas".
  7. Apply a topping of salsa and sour.
