Healthy hot chocolate recipe

Ingredients

  • 65 g raw cacao powder
  • 4 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk of choice
How to Make It
  1. Mix the cacao powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon and cardamom together in a small bowl. You can store this mixture in an airtight container for future use.
  2. Place a heaped tablespoon of the hot chocolate mixture in a large mug and pour over a dash of boiling water. Stir to combine.
  3. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over high heat until hot, but not boiling. Pour into the mug and stir until well combined.
