Horseradish salmon burgers recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless salmon fillet
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 soft buns
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Beet chips, for serving (optional)
How to Make It
  1. Place the salmon, scallions, eggs, bread crumbs, horseradish, ¾ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper in a food processor; coarsely chop.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties. Cook in the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until opaque throughout, 6 to 7 minutes per side.
  3. Assemble sandwiches with the buns, mayonnaise, and lettuce. Serve with beet chips.
