Lemon-blueberry smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 each medium banana
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • 2 each medium red cabbage leaves, stem removed
  • ½ cup ice - 1 cup or filtered water
  • Blueberries for garnish
How to Make It
  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish
  3. Place a few blueberries on the top of each glass, then serve.
