Pineapple Bowls Recipe

  • Pineapple
  • 2 cups of Jasmine rice (per bowl)
  • ¼ lb of boneless skinless chicken thigh meat (you can use chicken breast if you don't like dark meat, but we use this because to us it tastes so much better.)
  • Bottle of Teriyaki sauce
  • Sriracha
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • ¼ lb of beef short rib
  • ¼ lb of salmon
  • ¼ lb of large shrimp
  • ¼ lb of king crab
  • 1 lobster
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Kikkoman pineapple ginger marinade
  • Mesquite charcoal
  • Chef Merito
How to Make It
  1. There’s hella different ways you can make this. You always start by cutting the pineapple in half from the bottom to the crown, and gutting it into a bowl. Then boil the jasmine rice and put it in the bowl, then put it to the side.
  2. We included all of the ingredients above, but you can pick and choose which way you want to do it.
