Ramen frittata recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp butter
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
How to Make It
  1. Cook your ramen noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes and drain.
  2. Whisk the eggs and seasoning packets together, then pour over the noodles before cooking everything with the butter in a pan for about 7 minutes.
  3. Flip frittata until brown on both sides.
  4. Top with cheese before serving.
