Raspberry-rosemary herbal smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh red raspberries
  • 2 each red delicious apple
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 6 each dates
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ each large banana
  • 1 cup ice 2 cups or filtered water
  • Fresh rosemary and raspberries, for garnish
How to Make It
  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  2. For Garnish
  3. Top each glass off with 2 raspberries and a small sprig of fresh rosemary, and then serve.
