Royal grape and beet smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 each small fresh beets, peeled and stemmed
  • 4 cups red grapes
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 cup Ice - 2 cups OR filtered water
  • Clusters of 3 grapes, garnish
How to Make It
  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender.
  2. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  3. Garnish
  4. Top each glass off with a cluster of grapes, and then serve.
