Simple but yummy tuna tacos recipe

Ingredients

  • 4-8 corn hard taco shells (2 per person is usually enough)
  • 3 medium cans tuna fish in oil (well drained)
  • 1 medium diced fresh avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup diced fresh tomatoes
  • Shredded Iceberg lettuce, fresh spinach leaves or other greens when serving
How to Make It
  1. There is no cooking involved in this recipe.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the drained tuna, avocado oil, seasonings, and red onion. Combine well with a fork.
  3. Add all the diced fresh tomatoes and mix again gently.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
  5. Fill each taco shell with a generous amount of the tuna mixture and add the greens of your choice.
  6. Also, add some diced avocado if you wish.
  7. Serve with optional sour cream.
