Western omelet recipe

Enjoy a great omelet as soon as you get up.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1¾ cups shredded cheese mix
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
  1. Coat a slow cooker with a non-stick spray.
  2. Create 3 layers of hash browns, sausage, onion, bell pepper and shredded cheese.
  3. Whisk the egg, milk, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the eggs over the other ingredients. Cook on low for 10 hours.
