Sweet, spicy, salty—this dish has it all. I love making this chicken and serving it many different ways throughout the week. It’s the most versatile chicken around and perfect to top a pizza, stuff in a bun, or mix into a salad.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup sriracha
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • Cooked brown rice, for serving
How to Make It
  1. Spray the insert of a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Lay the chicken breasts in the slow cooker in a single layer.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic. Pour over the chicken. Add the bell pepper. Cover and cook on Low for 5 hours or on High for 2½ hours.
  4. Serve the chicken and sauce over brown rice.
