Apple, sausage, and cheddar monkey bread recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 2 red apples, diced
  • 1 16-ounce can biscuit dough, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1½ cups grated Cheddar (6 ounces)
How to Make It
  1. Cook the sausage in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium heat until browned. Stir in the apples.
  2. Cook until the apples are soft; transfer mixture to a bowl. In the bowl, toss in the biscuit dough.
  3. Spread the mixture in the skillet and top with the Cheddar. Bake at 425°F until golden, 22 minutes.
