Basil peach pork burgers recipe

Not all burgers have to use lean ground beef in order to be incredibly delicious. These pork burgers are seasoned with garlic and grilled to absolute perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of lean ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoons of salt
  • ½ teaspoons of black pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons of goat cheese
  • ¼ cup of basil
  • ¼ cup of peaches, thinly sliced
  • 4 hamburger buns
How to Make It
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, add in the lean pork, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dash of salt and black pepper. Stir well to mix. Divide the mix into 4 patties.
  3. Place the burger patties onto the grill. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Transfer immediately onto the hamburger buns.
  4. Top off with the goat cheese, basil and sliced peaches. Serve immediately.
