Beef jerky recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh garlic clove
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 lb sliced beef, dried
  • 2 tbsp sugar substitute
  • 3 tbsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup soy sauce
How to Make It
  1. Mix all the above ingredients excluding beef.
  2. Refrigerate for a number of hours to marinate.
  3. To prepare the jerky, spray a baking sheet with oil. Add beef.
  4. Set your oven to preheat at 200° F.
  5. Cook for longer hours until the jerky is dry.
  6. Flip occasionally to ensure all sides are cooked through.
