Cheesy bacon muffins recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup high-gluten flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup cream
  • 3 tbsp baking powder
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 16 crumbled bacon slices, cooked
  • Shredded cheese
How to Make It
  1. Set your oven to 400 F degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix salt, baking powder and flour.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, water and cream.
  4. Stir together the dry and wet ingredients. Add in bacon and cheese to mix well.
  5. Set in muffin tins. Place in your oven and bake until ready for about 20 minutes.
