Cheesy mashed potatoes recipe

Ingredients

  • 4- 6 medium russet potatoes
  • ½ to 1 cup sweet potato baby food or 1-2 serving of organic sweet potato powder
How to Make It
  1. Turn the burner on high and bring water to boiling. Reduce heat to medium low or low. Cover the pan with a lid. Cook the potatoes in gently boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes for cubed potatoes and new potatoes and 20 to 25 minutes for quartered potatoes.
  2. Let cool, then using a mixer, mix potatoes until smooth. Stir in baby food or organic sweet potato powder until blended.
