Cocoa powder is not too sweet, so the honey makes up for that and marries well with the Greek yogurt. Be sure to use whole milk and whole yogurt as the fat content will keep the drink creamy. Cocoa powder is the quickest way to add a hit of chocolate without adding sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup natural cocoa powder
  • 2 cups ice cubes
How to Make It
  1. Chill 4 glasses in the freezer for 30 minutes before you want to serve the smoothie.
  2. Put the milk, honey, yogurt, cocoa, and ice cubes in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into the chilled glasses and serve right away.
