Crustless vegetable quiche recipe

This quiche can be enjoyed for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 7 large eggs
  • 1¼ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 8 oz grated Gruyere cheese
  • 4 asparagus stalks
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
  1. Whisk the egg, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the heavy cream and milk.
  3. Stir in the cheese, vegetables, and garlic.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours.
