French onion dip recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet yellow onions, finely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne
How to Make It
  1. Place onions and olive oil in the crock and stir so onions are coated in the olive oil.
  2. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours, or until the onions are a deep caramel brown color.
  3. Strain the onions.
  4. In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cayenne, and onions.
