Sometimes the best way to calm your gut is a simple infusion of ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ teaspoon ginger juice or several slices fresh ginger
How to Make It
  1. Boil the water in a small saucepan and add the ginger.
  2. If using sliced ginger, let steep for several minutes and remove before drinking.
