Frozen hot chocolate recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 6 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
How to Make It
  1. Combine milk, granulated sugar, and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  2. When sugar dissolves and the chocolate melts, remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Put a few marshmallows into the bottom of molds.
  4. Pour in cooled hot chocolate.
  5. Add sticks and freeze for at least 6-8 hours until full firm.
