Honey ribs roasted with sage recipe

Delicious and tender ribs in honey caramel crust with a pleasant aroma of herbs. Nice and pompous a holiday for the homely dinner.

Ingredients

  • 400 g pork ribs
  • 1.5 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp seasoning"Seasoning"
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper
  • 1 bunch sage
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • garlic 2 PCs
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
How to Make It
  1. Prepare the marinade for the ribs from honey, paprika, wine vinegar, black pepper, red pepper, condiment "Adjika", salt, crushed garlic, olive oil. The ribs are well wash and dry on paper towel. Coat all sides with marinade, as if rubbing into the meat. Leave under cover in a cool place for 1 hour.
  2. The sprigs of sage we break off the leaves and stick to the surface of the ribs. Wrap the ribs in foil and place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at T 190 degrees for 1 hour.
  3. Then deploy (or cut) foil top, pour ribs separated juice and send it back in the oven browned until Golden brown for 15 minutes.
  4. Served with greens, pickled cranberries, pickles. Garnish baked potatoes or vegetables.
