Mango tango smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 g rolled oats
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and sliced
  • 85 g pineapple, chopped
  • ¾ cup (190 ml) semi-skimmed milk
  • 50 g low-fat plain yoghurt
  • Ice cubes
How to Make It
  1. Place the oats, mango, pineapple, milk, yoghurt and ice cubes in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. To serve, pour into a glass or shaker.
