Ingredients

For the Cake
  • 30 grams of oat bran
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of natural yogurt
  • 5 grams of cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 6 sachets of sweetener
For the Cream
  • 200 grams of soft cottage cheese
  • 1 sachet of sweetener
How to Make It
  1. Mix the eggs, sweetener and yogurt. Then add bran and cocoa. Add baking powder to this mixture.
  2. Put it in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. Mix cottage cheese and sweetener.
  3. Once the cake is ready, wait until it cools down, cut it and coat with cream. On each layer, you can add prunes and walnuts.
