  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup chrysanthemum tea
  • 1 cup peach juice
  • ½ lemon (juice)
  • 1 tsp camu berry powder
  • thumb of ginger (juice)
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
How to Make It
  1. Here’s a super drink that’s a surefire way to warm you up and boost your immune system to help you through the flu and cold season. Immune boosters, vitamin C and great taste are a few things that chrysanthemum tea and camu camu bring to the table to help make this drink the ultimate in illness prevention.
  2. Juice fruit and ginger. Bring a cup of water to the boil, pour over an infuser of chrysanthemum tea and let steep for 2 minutes. In a saucepan, combine juice, tea and cinnamon sticks. Bring heat up just under a boil, as you don’t want the mixture to ever reach a boil. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Pour warm mixture into blender, add camu powder and blend until smooth.
