Pork ribs in a balsamic glaze recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork ribs
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 50 g honey
  • 15 ml tabasco (Original Red Pepper Sauce)
  • 3 PCs garlic (cloves)
  • 200 ml meat broth
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
How to Make It
  1. Mix in a blender with balsamic vinegar, TABASCO® Original Red Pepper Sauce, honey and garlic.
  2. Cut pork ribs into 4-5 pieces salt and pepper them. Bake ribs on a metal grate, heated to 140 ° C, and turn them from time to time.
  3. Ten minutes before end of baking, dip the chops in balsamic glaze and send it back on the grill.
  4. Serve the ribs hot in tandem with grilled vegetables.
