Scalloped potatoes recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 lb peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 cup chopped cooked ham
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • Salt and pepper taste
How to Make It
  1. Layer the potatoes, cheese, onion, garlic and ham in the slow cooker.
  2. Combine the soup and milk and pour over the potatoes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 7 hours.
