Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package campanelle pasta
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ onion, chopped
  • 1 (6.5 oz) can tomato sauce
How to Make It
  1. Boil pasta in salted water for 13 minutes.
  2. Drain liquid and place in a bowl with ricotta, mix everything evenly.
  3. In a frying pan, fry onions in olive oil for 8 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce. Stir-fry for 4 minutes.
  5. Cover your noodles with the sauce, and let sit for 7 minutes.
