Sweet potato breakfast mix recipe

It is an awesome breakfast that will leave you satisfied for a reasonable time. The bell pepper flavors give the meal a taste worth trying. For best results, serve the meal while still hot. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1 chopped orange bell pepper
  • 3 oz cubed butternut squash
  • 3 oz cubed sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsps coconut oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
How to Make It
  1. In your slow cooker, mix orange bell pepper with yellow one, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, oil, thyme, garlic, mustard powder and tomatoes, toss a bit, cover and cook on High for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  2. Divide between plates and serve for breakfast. Enjoy!
