Tropical smoothie bowl recipe

Ingredients

  • 130 g pineapple, chopped
  • ½ frozen medium banana, chopped
  • 1 small handful kale, stalks removed and leaves roughly chopped
  • 200 g low-fat plain yoghurt
  • ½ cup (125 ml) semi-skimmed milk
Toppings
  • 30 g natural muesli
  • ¼ medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons shredded coconut
How to Make It
  1. Place the pineapple, banana, kale, yoghurt and milk in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. To serve, pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with the muesli, banana, chia seeds and shredded coconut.
