Very berry tart recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
How to Make It
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a 9-inch deep dish pie plate or quiche pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt; whisk until light and frothy. Whisk in milk until combined. Add flour and baking powder; whisk until smooth.
  3. Place berries in prepared pie plate; pour batter over berries. (Batter will not cover berries completely.)
  4. Bake about 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Cut into 6 slices and serve warm.
