Ingredients

  • 1 cooked beetroot (beet) – you can often pick these up ready-cooked in vacuum packs
  • 5½ oz 1 cup 155 g (155 g) frozen blueberries
  • handful of spinach leaves
  • ½ orange, peeled
  • 5 ice cubes
How to Make It
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink straightaway.
