Meat and vegetable roll-ups recipe


If you love sandwiches, making them without heavy buns and using wraps instead will help you lose fat. In this recipe, flavorful and bright veggies are rolled up with deli meat, not bread, for a low fat, protein-packed meal.

  • Yield: 12 roll-ups

  • 12 slices of deli meat, unprocessed
  • 1 cup of vegetables, sliced
How to Make It
  1. Place the amount of veggies you desire on deli meat pieces.
  2. Roll them tightly. Serve. Can be stored in zipper top plastic bags or any airtight container.
