Orange and kiwi fruit salad recie

  • 100 ml Basic Lemon Cordial
  • 15 g fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnishing
  • 6 juicy oranges
  • 6 kiwi fruit
How to Make It
  1. Heat the lemon cordial and mint leaves together in a saucepan. Just before the syrup boils, remove from the heat and then allow to cool completely. You can discard the mint leaves if preferred.
  2. Remove the peel and pith from the oranges and cut into 5-mm-thick slices.
  3. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into 5-mm-thick slices.
  4. Arrange the fruit attractively on a serving platter and pour over the cooled syrup.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with extra fresh mint.
