- 1 kg pork ribs
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Cup fresh white breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp seasoning
How to Make It
- Ribs wash, cut them off all that excess fat. Cut into chunks one edge. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice and 2 tbsp oil. Put in a mixture of ribs, mix well and leave in a warm place for 30 min.
- Mix bread crumbs and seasoning.
- Roll the ribs in the mixture. Portions fry in the remaining hot oil until tender, 7 min. on each side.
