Pork ribs breaded recipe



  • 1 kg pork ribs
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Cup fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp seasoning
How to Make It
  1. Ribs wash, cut them off all that excess fat. Cut into chunks one edge. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice and 2 tbsp oil. Put in a mixture of ribs, mix well and leave in a warm place for 30 min.
  2. Mix bread crumbs and seasoning.
  3. Roll the ribs in the mixture. Portions fry in the remaining hot oil until tender, 7 min. on each side.
