Roasted okra recipe

  • 1½ pounds fresh or frozen and thawed okra
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1½ teaspoons Stone House Seasoning
How to Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Place the okra on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the seasoning mix. Toss to coat, and then arrange the okra in a single layer.
  3. Roast until tender and golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
