Spicy Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 to 3 T. chili powder, to taste
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. pepper
  • ¼
  • ¼ t. dried thyme
  • ¼ t. dry mustard
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin fillet
How to Make It
  1. Mix all spices together in a bowl. Rub desired amount of spice mixture over both sides of tenderloin. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil; refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.
  2. Place foil package in a shallow 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove tenderloin to a platter; let stand for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with natural juices.
