Chicken fajitas & homemade smoked paprika wraps recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into 8 even-size strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
To Serve
  • 1 recipe quantity Smoked Paprika Wraps
  • ΒΌ cup sour cream
  • 1 recipe quantity Tomato Salsa
  • 1 recipe quantity Guacamole
How to Make It
  1. Put the chicken in a bowl, drizzle with the oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a ridged grill pan over high heat until it just starts to smoke, then add the chicken, in batches if necessary, and cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side until it has charred markings. Repeat with the peppers.
  3. Serve the chicken and peppers with the wraps, sour cream, salsa and guacamole so your guests can wrap and enjoy their own fajitas.
